We charge a non-refundable Research & Design Fee, starting at $500. This fee covers the time, expertise, and personalized service we invest in crafting your itinerary. The fee may increase depending on the number of travelers, length of trip, or complexity of planning. You’ll receive a full quote during your complimentary discovery call.
If you already know where you want to stay, we offer complimentary bookings at our preferred luxury hotel partners—giving you access to exclusive amenities like upgrades, daily breakfast, early check-in/late check-out, and more.
Not sure where to stay? We’re happy to help. For personalized hotel recommendations, we charge a $150 research fee for up to three properties in one location.
We offer full-service international flight booking through our in-house air expert, Kelly—one of the top air specialists in the country. For $100 per person, Kelly provides premium white-glove support including routing consultations, seat and meal selection, airline changes, pre-travel check-ins, and emergency backup while you’re in transit.
